3 1/2 to 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups cubed or shredded turkey or chicken
1 1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
1 (14.5-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add thyme and stir to blend.
