Co-founders Tim and Sebastian are well-qualified tea enthusiasts. Sebastian has been in clinical practice since 1998 using a blend of Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Tim has 10 years’ experience as a business change consultant, and has a passion for the power of herbs, nutrition and therapy.
Their Winter Warmer tea is a seasonal organic blend of cosy, warming flavours. It is caffeine-free so works for morning and evening enjoyment. The spices are mild and would stand brewing a little longer than some other spiced teas. The finish is surprisingly long, with ginger to the fore.

The Winter Warmer tea is a tempting melange of ginger, rooibos tea, orange peel, star anise, hibiscus, cinnamon, lemon balm, roasted chicory, orange essential oil, cloves, cinnamon essential oil, and black pepper. Ginger is the star here, offering balanced heat and flavour.
