Moroccan Beef Kabobs

From Stop and Shop



1- 1/4 lbs. boneless top sirloin steak
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 1″ squares
2 cups hot cooked couscous
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground red pepper



In medium bowl, combine cilantor, olive oil and spices.

Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into 1″ pieces.

Add beef, bell pepper and onion to seasoning, tossing to coat. Alternately thread beef and vegetable pieces onto four 12″ metal skewers.

Grill kabobs on the rack directly over medium coals for 12-14 minutes, turning once or broil 3-4″ from heat for 8-10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.

Serve the beef kabobs on top of couscous. Garnish with cilantro.
