If you’re feeling ‘in the pink’ this summer, a fabulously summery duo of martinis might be just perfect for your next sunny evening. One of the newest trends is for martinis that are enlivened by unusual ingredients and meets that temptation.
This contemporary liqueur is low in alcohol (20% ABV) and low in price at just around £22 RRP. Yet it packs a big punch flavour-wise.
It’s one of the newest inventions from one of the world’s oldest companies- 325-year-old De Kuyper – so you know it’s a trusted product.
As we crave ever more exotic and enticing cocktail ingredients, Kwai Feh is an exciting discovery. Two martini cocktail recipes showcase the liqueur perfectly: the Rose Petal Martini and The Lychee Martini are enticing, innovative, delicious – and beautiful.
Kwai Feh captures the essence of fresh lychee juice. Named after Lady Yang Kwai Feh, it is sweet and elegant, without being overly sugary in taste. This 20% ABV drink comes in a distinctive, 70cl pink glass bottle. It adds a richly exotic, contemporary taste note to martinis and fruit-based cocktails and works as an aperitif or a digestif due to its versatility.
Cocktail lovers also appreciate other simple serves such as the Lychee Daiquiri and Lychee & Lemonade.
Unlike some quirky cocktail ingredients that cost a fortune and only lend themselves to one serve, meaning that they languish after that first use, Kwai Feh is something you’ll return to as it’s great as an after-dinner drink, served slightly chilled, and works well poured over ice creams, sorbets, and dishes containing lychee fruits.
