Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur for World Cocktail Day.
It’s World Cocktail Day on May 13. We often think of using spirits as the starting point for cocktails, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Try a liqueur instead and shake up some martinis worthy of a top bartender. Think pink this year and kick off your summer cocktails with delicately pink and deeply delicious Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur.
The elegant taste notes of this drink, brimming with lychee fruits, means that you can make some intriguing cocktails with very few ingredients.
This liqueur is listed by top bar professionals. It is recommended by Ivan Romano, Bar Manager at Harvey Nichols and his colleague Jovan, who runs masterclasses at the iconic Fifth Floor Bar. They love to serve this liqueur in a martini.
Ivan Romano of Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, said: “”This is one of our most popular cocktails here at Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge. To make a lychee martini we only use the best ingredients and consider Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur to be one of those drinks that is top quality, and which therefore works for our cocktails.”
