Brockmans – ‘The Properly Improper Gin’

Summer Cocktails made with ‘The Properly Improper Gin’

Summer nights call for The Properly Improper Gin, Brockmans, and some new fruit-filled cocktail recipes to make evenings a little unconventional, a little different, and a great deal of fun.

The Brockmans Gin mixologists have developed two cocktails designed for those who shy away from the conventional. We still love a G&T, let’s not forget, but some evenings require a walk on a slightly wilder side.

These drinks have garnishes that take advantage of the fresh mint that is abundant at this time of year. Both are elegant, citrussy, and, above all, different.

The Golden Hour Cocktail is simple and surprising whilst the Passionfruit Southside uses this unique fruit to enhance the astonishing dark berry notes that are naturally present in Brockmans: juniper berries, blueberries and blackberries. These dark berries are given a starring role in the noble tradition of the finest gin making and add complexity to even simple ingredients.
