Sausage quiche recipe

Sausage quicheThis Sausage Quiche recipe is an economic and popular dish for all the family and at any time of year. Use the best quality sausages at they are the main ingredient.

Servings: 8

4 eggs

400g sausage cut into small chunks and fried

400ml full fat milk

200g of shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 small onion diced

1 clove garlic crushed

2 tsps French or English mustard

1 uncooked pie crust

Add salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Roll out pie crust and line a tart tin or plate
Fry the onion and together for a few minutes and then add the garlic. Continue frying until the sausage is cooked through.
Fill the pastry case with cheese  sausage mixture.
Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl and pour this over the pie. Scatter the sausage over the top..
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or so.
