Plumpton Estate Bacchus Reserve is an elegant English white wine with a label offering hints of autumnal vine leaves. Bacchus Reserve is crafted from hand-picked grapes grown on small plots in the college’s East Sussex vineyards.

The Bacchus grape is now the 3rd most planted grape in the UK. The colder climate in England is perfect for Baccus grape cultivation: the grapes retain a higher acidity giving a zesty freshness to its resulting wines.

This Bacchus Reserve is characterful enough to be sipped alone or with light canapes, but pairs well with your Sunday roast chicken or pork, white fish, vegetable dishes and even a well-composed cheeseboard.
