So, the Gift Pack is postable, but what are the drinks within all about? They are a selection of cocktails to suit every taste. I enjoyed them all, but my favourite was the Pisco Sour. It’s likely that many sippers will know nothing of this iconic cocktail but a can well-chilled will convert the uneducated and bring a smile of appreciation to the face of the thirsty aficionado. This is made with Peruvian Pisco, pressed Brazilian limes and a little cane sugar. The sweeter end of the spectrum would be the Espresso Martini which was light but with plenty of coffee flavour, and it’s always a popular cool weather drink. It is made with overproof craft distillery vodka, Rainforest Alliance single-estate coffee, hazelnut liqueur, Madagascan vanilla and cane sugar.
