Hints of zesty citrus

Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the three typical grape varieties used in combination to make Champagne. Chardonnay is a popular grape in single varietal wines but in this classic cuvée it brings hints of zesty citrus, green apples, soft notes of white blossoms and layers of complexity.  Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier add fruit, structure and character.
