HECK are famed for their sausages, but now they have introduced a little twist to their bangers with their new Sausage Bombs.
These large chunky spheres come in three varieties – Thai Red Spring Chicken Sausage Bombs, Chicken Italia Sausage Bombs, Sriracha Pork Sausage Bombs. They are made with HECK’s usual quality sausage meat, but each one has a saucy centre.
HECK Sausage Bombs are versatile. Serve the Sriracha Pork Sausage Bombs atop a dish of shakshuka. This turns a classic North African dish into a substantial breakfast. Sriracha isn’t North African, but the spice works well with the other traditional ingredients. OK, so pork isn’t popular is Tunisia and Morrocco, but pork sausages are a much-loved breakfast item in the UK. A delicious marriage.
Thai Red Spring Chicken Sausage Bombs turn simple Thai soups into exotic lunches. Try as a side dish to any Thai vegetables with some rice to accompany. And Chicken Italia Sausage Bombs are pretty as a picture when served atop some simple tomato sauce-dressed pasta. The perfect quick dinner.
