Domaine du Grandpré Minotaure Rosé

Summer Sipping.

Domaine de Grandpre roseThis aromatic rosé is made in Provence, where most of the wine production is devoted to rosé. Domaine du Grandpré Minotaure is one of the more popular wines from the region.

Domaine du Grandpré covers 26 hectares of vineyards and is found nestled at the foot of the Massif de Maures. The vines are tended organically, and the grapes are picked by hand in early morning to retain freshness. The winery takes advantage of natural products where available, and sulphites are used as little as possible.

Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, the cuvée represents the best expressions of this style of wine, which will be perfect for summer quaffing.

Tasting Notes:

This classic wine is light, dry with balanced acid. It is aromatic with flavours of ripe red berries and stone fruit with hints of minerality, and with a good length of finish.

This is a delightful wine and perfect when paired with light summer salads, salmon and white meat. Serve well chilled both before and during an al fresco meal.
