Aluna Tropica blends premium rums sourced from Sri Lanka and the Caribbean with ingredients from Southeast Asia such as pandan leaf, spiced pineapple, lemongrass, and galangal. This rum is smooth and not over-syrupy as some traditional rums tend to be. It’s laden with flavours of pineapple and pandan. The finish is warming and pleasingly long, with hints of ripe melon.
Aluna Tropica is light and tantalisingly easy to drink, but consider a drizzle of this over grilled pineapple, or a liberal sprinkle over a quality coconut ice cream – both quick and easy, but very impressive desserts.
