Recipe for Kwai Feh’s The Chill Bill

Ingredients

40ml Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur

Bitter Lemon

Method

Fill a glass with ice cubes and add the Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur. Gently flow the bitter lemon into the drink. Garnish if you wish with mint leaves and a lemon slice. Then chill.

Kwai Feh is also delicious as an after-dinner drink, served alone and slightly chilled, and works well poured over ice creams, sorbets, and dishes containing lychee fruits.
