50ml Brockmans Gin
15ml Cinnamon syrup
Premium Ginger beer, chilled
10ml Cherry Brandy (a capful)
1 Cinnamon stick and 1 fresh cherry to garnish.
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, add the Brockmans Gin and Cinnamon syrup, then top up the glass with ginger beer. Drizzle the Cherry Brandy over the top.
Garnish the drink with the cinnamon stick and cherry.
