Brockmans Smokey Rosy

Ingredients

50ml Brockmans Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Rosemary Syrup (homemade)

10ml Cointreau

Fresh sprig of rosemary

Dash of Orange Bitters

Garnish

Rosemary sprig

Method

*Rosemary syrup is made by steeping rosemary tea or fresh rosemary in a teapot with a 1:1 mix of sugar and water. Strain and bottle.

Light a sprig of rosemary and place it on a heatproof surface putting a Collins glass, upside down, over it. Allow the smoke from the rosemary to swirl around the glass to scent it.

Meantime, add all the ingredients to a shaker full of ice. Hard shake, fill the scented Collins glass full of ice, and pour over the ingredients. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
