Blondies Kitchen was founded in 2016 by two women who are indeed blond. They are professionally trained chefs called Kristelle and Chelsie. Kristelle has a background in restaurants and Chelsie spent over 2 years at BBC Good Food as a cookery writer.
The ladies fell in love with American-style cookies after a trip to the Big Apple. Those biscuits were sweet and chewy and would be new to the UK market. Blondies have taken the food industry by storm with their moreish and imaginative range of cookies.

The Blondies Kitchen selection of ready-made cookies is extensive and tempting. One might be taken by a Yorkie Bar 7-inch cookie, some cookie dough brownies, or a dark chocolate and sea salt cookie could have your name on it. The in-laws will be impressed by the aroma of baking cookies and no need to tell them the dough is from Blondies Kitchen. Yes, there are plenty of bake-at-home options here as well as personalised treats and gift boxes.
These cookies can be ordered and then collected from Selfridges, Covent Garden or Westfield in London or can be delivered to addresses across most of the UK. The cookies last 2-3 days in the box they arrive in or up to a week in an air-tight container, so ideal to order before a tea party. All the ready-to-bake items have about a week’s shelf life in the fridge, or you can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
