The Brockmans 75 is a simple and festive cocktail for the holidays
Ingredients
50ml Brockmans Gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Champagne, Prosecco or good quality English sparkling wine
Twist of lemon zest to garnish
Method
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the Brockmans Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and top with the Champagne. Garnish the glass with the lemon twist.
