KAH Paloma
Ingredients
50ml KAH Blanco Tequila
10ml Agave syrup
10ml Lime juice
60ml Pink grapefruit juice
Soda water
Method
Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the first four ingredients. Shake until chilled. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with half a slice of pink grapefruit or pink grapefruit zest.
Rooster Rojo Classic Margarita
Ingredients
45ml Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila
30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml Agave Syrup
Method
First rim your glass with salt. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a fine glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and edible flowers, if available.
