Here is a delicious cocktail from Pearson’s Arms in Whitstable. It’s their Pineapple and blood orange gin Martini. Its a strong one!
Ingredients
40ml malty blood orange gin
20ml Kings Ginger Liqueur
10ml Cointreau
10ml fresh lime juice
Pineapple juice
Method
Shake hard with pineapple juice and ice till chilled and frothy
