O.R.S Hydration
Make Hydration Fun for the Family.
Meet O.R.S Kids: the strawberry-flavoured electrolyte tablet making the humble water bottle a little more exciting for the whole family.
As children are now back to school and adults are over the summer holidays, hydration is back on the checklist. Encouraging everybody to actually drink enough throughout a busy day can sometimes be something of a challenge.
Enter O.R.S Kids Hydration Tablets – the child-friendly electrolyte tablets designed to make staying hydrated that little bit more fun. Created by pharmacists specifically with children in mind, O.R.S Kids comes in a natural strawberry flavour, perfected following 50 rounds of taste testing, with natural flavour and natural sweetener. Simply drop two effervescent tablets into 200ml of water, watch them fizz and dissolve, and drink.
It’s an easy way to add a little flavourful interest to the usual water. The weather is now getting a little cooler but it’s still important to push the fluids and these O.R.S Hydration tablets make sipping a lot more tempting.
Dr Priya Gopaldas, doctor and O.R.S Ambassador, says: “Just like checking for lunchboxes and PE kits, make sure everyone’s water bottle is filled before heading out the door.”
And rather than waiting until children are asking for a drink, she recommends encouraging regular hydration throughout the day – “It’s easier to stay well hydrated by drinking regularly throughout the day rather than waiting until you’re very thirsty.”
More Than Just a Fun Fizz
Behind the child-friendly strawberry flavour is some serious hydration science. O.R.S Kids contains a scientifically balanced combination of electrolytes and a small amount of glucose, designed to help the body absorb water more effectively than drinking plain water alone. The formula is pharmacist-created and follows World Health Organization hydration guidelines. It’s also low calorie, vegan and gluten-free, and the compact tube makes it easy to keep at home or pop into a bag when family life is on the move.
O.R.S Kids Strawberry Electrolyte Tablets, £7.99 for 24 tablets, are available from O.R.S Hydration.
O.R.S original electrolyte formula for everyday hydration is perfect for adults. A scientifically balanced blend of electrolytes and minerals is necessary to hydrate faster and stay hydrated for longer. These tablets are handy to keep in the office desk drawer or in the sports bag for post-exercise rehydration.
