How many times have we heard, or indeed said, ‘You don’t get food Like that outside France’? The Poulet Grillé in a mushroom and thyme sauce just needs heating, as do the Gratin Potatoes and beautiful Fougasse. This is a leaf-shaped garlic and parsley flatbread. We added some creamy spinach to complete the generous and delicious meal. Côte Brasserie Crème Caramel is iconic and presented the perfect finale.
This dinner was quick and easy to prepare, and it was memorable. It was authentic and just the meal to remind one of that little restaurant on a back street of Paris, the one with the over-priced menu and the rude waiter. Côte Brasserie at Home cuts out the need to search for the passport. Perfect!
