Domaine Fabrice Gasnier is found in the Centre Val de Loire in Cravant-les-Côteaux. This village has a fine reputation for quality wines from the Chinon appellation. Chinon Blanc ‘Le Clos de la Cure’ is a solid representation of this winery.

For five generations this wine family have elevated the image of the Domaine. They became interested in organic and biodynamic farming in 1998, and in 2000 the Estate became fully organic. Chenin Blanc, also known as Pineau de la Loire, is a white wine grape from the Loire Valley although it is grown across the world.

Tasting Notes

Chinon Blanc ‘Le Clos de la Cure’ Domaine Gasnier 2024 is a classic white wine from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. The vines are rooted in soils of chalk and gravel. There are aromas of orchard fruits and white blossoms. On the palate there are green apples and citrus with notes of minerality. It is light, dry and acidic.
