ALDI Premium White Rum is bound to be popular with all those bar flies who are now confined to home. They will want a spirit that is versatile and perfect for a host of rum-based cocktails. It needs to have a mild flavour, but it equally needs to be full-strength.

The simple bottle in tinted green does indeed reflect the clean and dry nature of the rum within. This white rum has a pleasantly neutral flavour and that works in its favour when it comes to mixed drinks. Isolation might last a while, but it doesn’t need to be miserable – although I would caution against too much solo drinking!
