The Aubert family cultivates 300 hectares and has several wineries in the Bordeaux region. Chateau Hyot Castillon Côtes De Bordeaux 2022 is from that stable.

Mission of quality

The Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation is located on the right bank, east of Saint-Émilion. It had in the past been considered a junior appellation but is now enjoying renewed appreciation due to the efforts of a fresh generation of winemakers and their mission of quality.

This is a ruby-coloured wine with notes of luscious red fruits. It is dry and acidic with pronounced tannins making this the perfect choice for pairing with robust meat dishes and well-flavoured hard cheeses.

Chateau Hyot Castillon Côtes De Bordeaux 2022 is well-priced. It should be allowed to breathe before enjoying and is a perfect candidate for decanting – and perhaps serving slightly chilled in this hot weather. Sounds revolutionary, but try it.

Find this and more wines at Tesco. Visit here https://www.tesco.com

Rich Red Wine.
