This\u00a0 online wine shop by C\u00f4te Brasserie is dedicated entirely to celebrating France\u2019s most iconic vineyards and winemaking heritage. The platform is the first French-only online wine shop created by a UK restaurant group, offering more than 200 handpicked bottles alongside C\u00f4te\u2019s first ever house C\u00f4te Cuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
Curated by C\u00f4te Brasserie\u2019s own wine experts, C\u00f4te Uncorked brings together wines from France\u2019s most celebrated regions from Bordeaux and Burgundy to Champagne, Chablis and Provence, all available for nationwide home delivery.<\/p>\n
From March 18, C\u00f4te Brasserie will also introduce the C\u00f4te Cuv\u00e9e range across its 69 brasseries nationwide, beginning with three wines: a red, white and ros\u00e9. Exclusively blended for C\u00f4te, each wine has been developed in small batches to complement the brasserie\u2019s dishes and suit different dining occasions.<\/p>\n
The first release of Cuv\u00e9e White (2025) is a crisp, refreshing blend designed as an easy-drinking all-rounder. Created to pair beautifully with dishes such as C\u00f4te\u2019s crunchy salads and roast French chicken, it combines Vermentino grapes for coastal freshness with Grenache Blanc for a peachy lift, earning it the title of \u2018seafood\u2019s soulmate\u2019.<\/p>\n
The Cuv\u00e9e Ros\u00e9 (2025) is a pale, elegant ros\u00e9 made with Grenache Noir grapes, offering bright notes of strawberry, lemon and cherry. Light and refreshing, it is perfect for al fresco dining and lighter dishes.<\/p>\n
Completing the trio is the Cuv\u00e9e Red (2025), a smooth, fruity and gently spiced red made with Grenache Noir grapes. Approachable and easy-drinking, it pairs beautifully with C\u00f4te\u2019s butchery steaks and pork dishes.<\/p>\n
Guests will be able to enjoy C\u00f4te Cuv\u00e9e in all brasseries from March 18, with the house wines also joining the C\u00f4te Uncorked online wine shop in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
The launch of C\u00f4te Uncorked follows the success of C\u00f4te At Home, the premium home delivery service featuring the brasserie\u2019s finest cuisine designed by Gordon Ramsay\u2019s former Executive Chef Steve Allen.<\/p>\n
Demand for classic French wine regions continues to grow among UK consumers, with drinkers increasingly seeking wines with provenance, heritage and regional identity.<\/p>\n
From the elegance of Burgundy Pinot Noir to the freshness of Chablis, the finesse of Bordeaux, and from celebratory Champagne to sun-drenched Proven\u00e7al ros\u00e9, C\u00f4te Uncorked brings together the very best of France in one carefully curated collection.<\/p>\n
Unlike most online wine retailers, every bottle on C\u00f4te Uncorked is exclusively French, reflecting C\u00f4te Brasserie\u2019s long-standing philosophy when it comes to wine: \u201cIf it\u2019s not French, it\u2019s not on the list.\u201d<\/p>\n
Each wine has been selected for its quality, provenance and character, and for its ability to pair beautifully with C\u00f4te\u2019s classic French dishes.<\/p>\n

To make discovering French wine even easier, C\u00f4te Uncorked has created a series of specialist selection cases, available in cases of six or twelve bottles.<\/p>\n
The Discovery Six (\u00a370) is the perfect introduction, a case of six wines showcasing six different grape varieties.<\/p>\n
For wine enthusiasts, the Sommelier\u2019s Selection offers a curated collection of C\u00f4te\u2019s standout wines, with a white wine case (\u00a3110) and a red wine case (\u00a3120).<\/p>\n
For celebrations, the French Fizz Case (\u00a3210) brings together a selection of sparkling French wines, perfect for marking any special occasion.<\/p>\n
