Available for dine-in only, the one-day menu brings together BARBS\u2019 bold seasoning, generous portions and laid-back Caribbean hospitality, with a complimentary Mount Gay rum punch for every mum dining on the day.<\/p>\n

Operating from the ground floor of one of East London\u2019s most recognisable nightlife destinations, BARBS continues to spotlight Barbadian food culture, reworking traditional formats through a Bajan lens.<\/p>\n

For Mother\u2019s Day, that means taking the structure of a classic British roast and layering in the flavours of Barbados. In Barbados, Sunday lunch is more than a meal. It is when families gather, plates are loaded properly and nothing is rushed. BARBS\u2019 Mother\u2019s Day menu draws directly from that tradition.<\/p>\n

All mains are served with peas and rice, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sweet plantain, rich gravy and a Yorkshire pudding.
\nMother\u2019s Day Mains include: Roast Chicken (\u00a326), Fried Fish (\u00a327), Pork Belly (\u00a328), Fried Chicken (\u00a325), Roasted Cauliflower (VG) (\u00a323)
\nSides include Macaroni Pie (\u00a37), Coleslaw (\u00a34), Plantain (\u00a32), Yorkshire Pudding (\u00a32), and Desserts Cassava Pone with condensed milk ice cream (\u00a38).
\nThe menu blends British roast familiarity with Bajan staples such as peas and rice, plantain and macaroni pie, reflecting the cultural crossover that defines modern Caribbean London.<\/p>\n

Every mum will receive a complimentary Mount Gay rum punch on arrival, a nod to the island\u2019s long rum heritage and BARBS\u2019 focus on celebration.
