The iconic sweets, Love Hearts, have long been the shorthand of romance carrying endearing messages such as \u2018I Love you\u2019, Be Mine\u2019 and \u2018True Love\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>From February 9-15, they will take centre stage on the brasserie\u2019s Valentine\u2019s menu.\u00a0The brasserie\u2019s special menu will celebrate indulgent sharers, classic French cooking and a playful nod to nostalgia \u2013 because the best kind of love is meant to be shared.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the menu is the much-loved sharing C\u00f4te de Boeuf &#8211; served on the bone, dry-aged for 30 days in C\u00f4te\u2019s Himalayan salt chamber, and paired with free-flowing frites and truffle hollandaise.<\/p>\n<p>For dessert, executive chef Steve Allen, formerly of Claridge\u2019s and Gordon Ramsay, has created a Valentine\u2019s sharing mousse inspired by the unmistakable charm of Love Hearts.<\/p>\n<p>Silky white chocolate is layered with freeze-dried raspberry and passion fruit, finished with Love Heart sweets to scatter, crumble and enjoy &#8211; bringing a sense of childhood joy to a grown-up table.<\/p>\n<h4>Valentine cocktail<\/h4>\n<p>A bespoke Valentine\u2019s cocktail completes the experience, blending Lillet ap\u00e9ritif with orange blossom and freeze-dried raspberries for a floral, softly romantic finish.<\/p>\n<p>Nostalgia plays a powerful role in how we eat \u2013 one third of people in the UK say sweets remind them of childhood. C\u00f4te Brasserie\u2019s Valentine\u2019s menu celebrates that emotional connection, pairing familiar flavours with elevated technique.<\/p>\n<p>On the 14th itself, a special set menu will be available from 5pm across all brasseries*, priced at \u00a332.50 for two courses or \u00a337.50 for three.
