Leave to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to overnight in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, mix vegetable oil and sesame oil together in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Separate dough into four equally sized balls.<\/p>\n<p>Roll one ball at a time into an 8-inch disk and brush with a thin layer of the oil mixture, then sprinkle \u00bc of the sliced spring onions.<\/p>\n<p>Roll tightly, then twist into a tight spiral, tucking the outer end underneath the roll.<\/p>\n<p>Using the palm of your hand, flatten the spiral, then roll out again into an 8-inch disk.<\/p>\n<p>Brush the top with another thin layer of oil mixture.\u00a0Repeat with remaining dough balls.<\/p>\n<p>Pour some vegetable oil into an 8-inch pan over medium-high heat and gently add the first pancake.<\/p>\n<p>Cook until golden on one side.\u00a0Flip and cook until golden on the other side, about 2\u20133 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>Remove to paper-towel lined plate and season immediately with salt.\u00a0Repeat with the remaining pancakes, adding more oil if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Cut pancakes into triangles and serve with dipping sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<h4>To make the dipping sauce:<\/h4>\n<p>Whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic and sesame oil together in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Leave to stand 10\u201315 minutes for the flavours to mix and then whisk again.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with sliced spring onions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maplefromcanada.co.uk\">Visit Maple of Canada here\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soy, Maple and Ginger Dipping Sauce.
