Coat with half of the hot honey oil (made by mixing 2 tbsp EVOO, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp honey) and roast in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway through and coating with the remaining oil until tender.<\/p>\n<p>Remove pumpkin flesh from the skin. Mash 3\/4 of it until soft, and cube the remaining 1\/4. Air fry the cubes until crisp and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and butter. Add the bay leaves, chopped onion, minced garlic, and rosemary. Cook until the onions are translucent.<\/p>\n<p>Add the arborio rice to the pan and stir to coat with the oils.
