Both are harvested at the peak of freshness. The use of sakura offers a different profile and a subtle change to the regular Santory gin. This edition presents delicate floral and slightly salty notes with hints of sweetness.

Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition is smooth and light and ideal for a good G and T. Choose a neutral tonic or the subtlety of the gin will be masked. Garnish with a fresh red cherry or a cherry blossom if you are lucky enough to find some; failing that then a simple twist of lemon. It’s best served well chilled with plenty of ice.

Find this and other fine spirits at Tesco here

The Japanese Craft Gin.
