WHITE\u2019S GIN<br \/>\n30ml Fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n15ml Sugar syrup<br \/>\n1 tsp of pumpkin puree<br \/>\n15ml Egg white, 30ml Aquafaba or 10 drops of Ms. Better\u2019s Miraculous Foamer<br \/>\nA few dashes of orange bitters<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>Dry shake all the ingredients (in a cocktail shaker with no ice) for around 20-30 seconds; then add ice and shake again for another 20 seconds. Double strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass or Coupe glass.
