The Umami Bros have found their niche, and their product tastes authentic.<\/p>\n<p>The Umami Bros are three friends who started experimenting with recipes during the lockdown in 2020. How could we forget that. What began as a home kitchen project soon became a passion to produce a Japanese-style mayo\u2026 and they did!<\/p>\n<p>So, what is Japanese mayonnaise? Yes, it is similar to Western mayo, but it is richer with a slightly different taste and texture profile. I did a taste comparison with a certain famous Japanese brand. The colour was a shade apart, but the flavour was indistinguishable! The Umami Bros Japanese Mayonnaise is gluten-free and MSG-free.<\/p>\n<p>Japanese mayo is perfect for topping various types of sushi \u2013 and other Japanese dishes too. It\u2019s a flavourful seasoning as well as a delicate garnish. Japanese egg salad sandwiches are a famed lunch, and the mayo is the key ingredient to success.
