This Vino Fino de Guarda 2022 is a fine example of the range from the F\u00e9lix Callejo stable.<\/p>\n<p>The region of Castilla y Le\u00f3n around Burgos in Northern Spain is known for its harsh winters and hot summers. The home of this wine is the village of Sotillo de la Ribera. The wines of the DO Ribera del Duero are mostly red. The most popular grape is Tempranillo, which makes up more than 90% of cultivation.<\/p>\n<p>Tempranillo is a black grape producing medium to full-bodied red wines. Expect fruit to the fore. This easy-drinking and food-friendly red wine works well paired with such dishes as roast meats, so a great choice for your Christmas joint of beef.
