Especial Silver Tequila is a part of their well-respected range.

Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila is an award-winning Tequila from the oldest distillery in Latin America. It is now in its 10th generation, specialising in traditional methods to produce classic tequila. These tequilas date from 1795, when King Ferdinand VI of Spain awarded Jose Antonio de Cuervo a piece of land in Mexico to cultivate the agaves from which tequila is made.

This Tequila is naturally clear after fermentation and distillation is finished. Especial Silver is an unaged and crystal clear tequila containing at least 51% agave, with the rest being made up of sugarcane spirit.

A Balanced Spirit

Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila offers a soft and smooth mouthfeel that will likely convert those who would not usually appreciate regular tequila. It presents a balanced spirit, being less harsh than many tequilas. On the palate it displays notes of freshly ground black pepper softened by brown sugar with hints of citrus.

If you are looking for a sipping tequila, then this could be your drink of choice. Yes, you could knock back a shot but that would be such a waste. Discerning adults will fill their best cut-glass tumbler with ice and pour over a generous measure of Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila. Swirl for a minute to cool the beverage, and savour.

Pure and Polished.
