They produce three award-winning El Mayor Tequilas of exceptional quality \u2013 El Mayor Blanco, El Mayor Reposado and El Mayor A\u00f1ejo. Each El Mayor Tequila offers its own distinct and refined character. El Mayor Blanco is clear and unaged. It has the most pronounced aroma of the range, and has the purest expression of the natural flavours of the agave for which this style is most prized. On the palate it\u2019s crisp with hints of both citrus peel, pepper and warming spice. The finish is dry and lingering. This makes a delightful cocktail base.<\/p>\n

El Mayor Reposado rests in white oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months. It is light in colour with classic agave flavour along with vanilla, brown sugar, tropical fruit and hints of spice.
