For the most part they are simple to prepare with few ingredients. Chicken stuffed with ‘Nduja is an example of something a little different and full of spicy flavour. Pasta with breadcrumbs, sausage and paprika: kids would love this one too. There really is a recipe for exploding tomatoes and that makes a delicious lunch or snack.

Exploding Tomatoes and Other Stories: The Food and Flavours of Southern Italy
Author: Sophie Grigson
Published by: ‎Headline Home
Price: £22.00
ISBN-13: ‎978-1472296290

The Food and Flavours of Southern Italy.
