Produced from the finest cuts of pork from the Rhône Alpes region.

– Bayonne Ham – Cured ham from the ancient port city of Bayonne in the southwest of France.

– Cornichons

– Sourdough Demi-Baguette

Tartiflette is delicious enjoyed with a glass of Côtes du Rhône Rouge. This lighter bodied red wine has juicy freshness, and notes of peppery spice from Syrah grapes. Sunny aromas of dried provencal herbs complete this perfect pairing with the smoky, salty bacon, and rich creamy cheeses.

For cheese lovers what better than classic Cheese fondue (£25.95). A decadently creamy and deliciously smooth melted cheese fondue made from Comté, Morbier and Roquefort cheeses, with Dijon mustard. Served with accompaniments for dipping:

– Saucisson Sec aux Truffes – Saucisson with black truffle. Produced from the finest cuts of pork from the Rhône Alpes region.

– New Potatoes

– Sourdough Demi-Baguette

– Choose to add a fondue set to your order for a truly authentic experience.

Cheese fondue is delicious enjoyed with a glass of Côte’s Chardonnay Maison L’Aiglon. A rich and creamy cheese fondue requires a wine with enough richness and body to compete but enough fresh acidity to refresh the palate. Chardonnay brings buttery and toasty oak notes but with a fresh tropical zing to cut through the decadence.

And to finish try the Alpine Chocolat Chaud (£14.95), a decadent and rich hot chocolate with Grand Marnier liqueur and cream. Serves 3 – 4 people.

Or the Pear Alpine Tart (£11.95), an almond frangipane & pear tart served with blueberry compote. Enjoy with a glass of our Late Bottled Vintage Port, Quinta do Crasto 2013. The plummy richness of a good vintage port perfectly mirrors the blueberries in this pudding, whilst providing the necessary sweetness to balance the dish.

Côte’s Executive chef Steve Allen has worked at Michelin starred restaurants, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Petrus and he opened Gordon Ramsay at Claridges which won a Michelin star within its first year. During Steve’s time at Claridges, he went from Junior Sous Chef to Head Chef and then Executive Chef and worked on all of Gordon Ramsay’s books from “Secrets” to “World Kitchen”.

Steve said: “Our much-anticipated Alpine collection is back for another year and we’re delighted to share some new dishes with our guests, alongside loved old favourites. Our Tartiflette Luxe Menu, Cheese Fondue and Alpine Chocolat Chaud (with a splash of Grand Marnier, if you wish!) promise to banish the January blues and bring the cosiness of après ski tradition to your own home.”

Côte at Home delivers the very best of French cuisine to your door.
