Christmas is when we are entertaining, and the more time-saving products the better. These little sausages just need a quick fry or grill, and they are ready. Really nothing more is needed apart from a fork, a wooden pick or a couple of well-scrubbed fingers. I present mine as very smart miniature hot dogs in brioche buns. Pork and Wensleydale Cocktail Sausages are a lovely addition to the Christmas dinner spread as well, and a little different from the usual chipolatas.
