Anyone who enjoys a dab of wasabi with their sushi will appreciate the heat, the spice and the flavour of these truffles.<\/p>\n<p>100g dark chocolate (70% or the best quality you can find)<br \/>\n100ml double cream<br \/>\n10g butter<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 tsp wasabi paste or to taste (available from the Japan Centre)<br \/>\nCocoa powder for dusting<\/p>\n<p>Break the chocolate into small pieces.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-element body\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"image-4-3 image-review alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/img\/was-truf-1-web.jpg\" alt=\"wasabi truffles\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" \/><\/span><span class=\"text-element body\">Gently heat the milk but don\u2019t allow it to boil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Put the chocolate, butter and wasabi into the warmed milk and stir till the chocolate is melted and everything is combined. Put aside to cool.<\/p>\n<p>Use a small cookie scoop or a spoon to shape the truffle mixture into balls.
