They reflect the classic expressions of each style of wine, and this Block 18 Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect addition.<\/p>\n<p>This rich and fruity red wine is produced from grapes from the Colchagua Valley in the southern Rapel Valley region. The lush vineyards are fed by the Tinguiririca River; the temperature is warm and moderate all year. Part of the blend has been aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, which adds to its depth, character and balance.<\/p>\n<p>Summer is the time for al fresco barbecued meats and they need wines which complement those robust flavours. Block 18 Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is a great pairing. It will also work later in the year when the temperatures are cooler and one\u2019s thoughts turn to roast beef.
