The Master Distiller in Mexico took over a year to test and taste different varieties of pineapple to bring this spirit to life and selected Red Spanish Pineapples which create a delectably smooth, 38% ABV spirit that is so complex it almost tastes like a cocktail in itself. The taste notes include pineapple, of course, combined with oakiness, smoke, and ripe bananas.<\/p>\n<p>These fine tequilas are crafted in small batches at the base of the Volc\u00e1n de Tequila in Mexico &#8211; the heart of tequila country.
