It is recommended by Ivan Romano, Bar Manager at Harvey Nichols and his colleague Jovan, who runs masterclasses at the iconic Fifth Floor Bar. To make a lychee martini we only use the best\u00a0ingredients and consider Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur to be one of those drinks that is top quality, and which therefore works for our cocktails.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>What better excuse than World Cocktail Day to try some interesting new martinis?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kwai Feh Lychee Martini<\/strong> <em>(pictured)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One lychee fruit<\/p>\n<p>25 ml Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur<\/p>\n<p>50 ml Vodka<\/p>\n<p>25ml Lychee juice<\/p>\n<p>10ml Sugar syrup<\/p>\n<p>15ml White vermouth<\/p>\n<p>10ml Lychee syrup<\/p>\n<p>To garnish: one whole lychee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muddle one lychee in a shaker. Add plenty of cubed ice followed by the remaining ingredients. Fine strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the whole lychee and lime peel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kwai Feh Rose Petal Martini<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20ml Kwai Feh<\/p>\n<p>40ml Gin<\/p>\n<p>25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice<\/p>\n<p>10ml Rose syrup<\/p>\n<p>A dash of egg-white<\/p>\n<p>A dash of lychee juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add all the ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice.
