They are the oldest wine and cava producer in Spain \u2013 and that is quite the accolade. They obviously do what they do do well to last that long in such a competitive market. Anna de Codorn\u00edu Brut Cava is a solid expression of their work.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s summer and we look for delicious drinks to enjoy on warm evenings both before and with dinner. A glass of cava fits the bill, and at a very reasonable price considering it\u2019s made using the same method as for Champagne! Anna de Codorn\u00edu Brut Cava is a great all-rounder.<\/p>\n<p>This cava is made from a melange of Chardonnay, Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeo grapes. It\u2019s fresh and delicate and is perfect served with white meat, salads, shellfish and light grilled fish. It can be made into a classic Champagne Cocktail or a Bellini or Kir. Serve well chilled in Champagne flutes or coupes.
