When you taste it, berry notes merge with the slightly floral nose to give a full-bodied, rounded gin, with the zing of juniper coming through followed by the sharpness of the sea buckthorn and a long, sherbet lemon finish.

Ingredients for a Rock Rose G & Tea

50ml Rock Rose Gin
50ml Chilled Earl Grey tea
25ml Sugar syrup
25ml Lemon juice
A few drops of bergamot bitters (optional)

Garnish: lemon or bergamot peel

Method

Half fill a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients.
