Ingredients for The Perfect Lady<\/strong>\u00a0(serves 1):<\/span><\/h4>\n

50ml Rock Rose Spring Edition
\n<\/span>25ml Cr\u00e8me\u00a0de Peche liqueur (or Peach Schnapps for a light version)
\n<\/span>25ml lemon juice
\n<\/span>10ml sugar syrup
\n<\/span>1 egg white<\/span><\/p>\n

Garnish:<\/strong>\u00a0fresh peach and basil<\/span><\/p>\n

Method:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Shake the gin, liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass.<\/span><\/p>\n

Garnish with a delicate slice of fresh peach and a basil leaf.<\/span><\/p>\n
