They tend to be great value for money. There is an 8 km aqueduct to bring water from the Maipo River to the valley. These climatic attributes offer the ideal conditions for the production of the crisp and gently aromatic Garuma Sauvignon Blanc.<\/p>\n<h4>Tasting notes<\/h4>\n<p>Appearance: clear and pale yellow<\/p>\n<p>Nose: minerals, citrus and cut grass<\/p>\n<p>Palate: white blossom, refreshing lemon and grapefruit, wet stones. Balanced acidity<\/p>\n<p>Finish: medium with herbaceous and citrus aftertaste<\/p>\n<p>Serve chilled and enjoy Garuma Sauvignon Blanc from Leyda with seafood and even sushi. Works well with tomato-dressed pasta dishes. This is perhaps my favourite Chilean wine reviewed in 2021. It will have broad appeal and is a polished and flexible wine, especially for the festive season. A good buy for enjoying at home or taking to friends.
