Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

35ml Hawthorn’s Gin
\n5ml Sweet red vermouth
\n15ml Campari
\n15ml Blue Curacao
\n100ml Freshly squeezed orange juice<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add all the ingredients to a shaker half filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice or twist of orange and a mint leaf.<\/p>\n

50ml Hawthorn’s Gin
\n125ml Pink grapefruit juice
\nDash of Gomme
\nDash of fresh Lime juice<\/p>\n

Coast the rim of\u00a0 a chilled glass with Himalayan pink salt (if available) or other rock salt. Fill the glass with cubed ice and add the ingredients. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.<\/p>\n

50ml Hawthorn’s Gin
\n25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice; shake well; and strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with a twist of orange and a dusting of cinnamon powder.<\/p>\n
