A tasty recipe from the January issue of Sainsbury&#8217;s magazine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 24-28<br \/>\nPreparation time: 15 Minutes<br \/>\nCooking time: 20 Minutes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/mini%20rarebits.jpg\" width=\"242\" height=\"212\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>2 tablespoons plain flour<br \/>\n2 tablespoons soft butter<br \/>\n150ml milk<br \/>\n150g ready grated extra mature cheddar<br \/>\n2 teaspoons English or grainy mustard<\/p>\n<p>1 large egg<br \/>\n6-7 slices bread<br \/>\n2-3 tablespoons Taste the Difference caramelised onion chutney<br \/>\n24-28 flat-leaf parsley leaves<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method:<\/h4>\n<p>Heat the flour, butter and milk in a pan, whisking until thick and smooth; take off the heat. Preheat the grill.<\/p>\n<p>Whisk in the cheese, mustard, egg and a pinch of salt. Toast the bread on both sides, trim the crusts and cut into squares. Spread the rarebit mixture on to each toast square,<br \/>\ngrill for 4-5 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
