Serve with roasted meats or vegetables, and don&#8217;t fret if there are leftovers; charoset is tasty on a toasted sandwich, with or without Irish cheddar cheese.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mostlyfood.co.uk\/Recipes\/apple_beet_charoset.jpg\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>1 Gala or Fuji apple, peeled and grated<br \/>\n2 medium beets (about 1\/2 pound), peeled and grated<br \/>\n3\/4 cup chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans, toasted<br \/>\n1\/2 cup dried apricots, chopped<br \/>\n2 tablespoons wildflower honey<br \/>\n2 tablespoons juice and 1 teaspoon zest from 1 orange<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon fine sea salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<p>In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
